Elevator pulleys

Elevator pulleys are also called lift pulleys, cage pulleys, cleaning pulleys or bucket elevator pulleys.

These products are being used to avoid any material jamming and adhesion, and soiling and to prevent the conveyor belt from being damaged.

Material discharge is facilitated by means of rods and open disks instead of a closed pulley body.
Due to the internally located cones, the material is forced to move in its discharge direction towards the outside.

The layout and design of the elevator pulleys depend on the environmental variables on site, e.g. the belt width, the quantity of material to be conveyed, and the belt speed.
